Jerry Williamson leads OnPointe’s development effort and is an experienced developer and manager of post-acute businesses. In his career, Jerry has guided three different startup companies from formation to successful, mature companies. He has developed, owned, and managed over fifty locations providing skilled nursing, assisted living, home health, and community-based services.
Horace Winchester serves as the Chairman of OnPointe. During a career that began in 1980 in public accounting, Horace has built expertise in finance and operational management that has led to a successful career in the senior living industry, primarily in the skilled nursing arena. Horace provides expertise and leadership in both development and operations for OnPointe.
President/Chief Operating Officer
Eric Tanner came to OnPointe with over 10 years of healthcare management and operations experience having worked as a administrator, district operator, and COO of various skilled nursing organizations. Eric’s strengths lie in visualizing and articulating organizational paths forward – and getting the right people together to execute solutions. Eric graduated from Stanford University where he met his wife of over 10 years (a practicing physician) with whom he has three children.
Senior Vice President of Operations
Selina Chao joined OnPointe with 18 years in business operations and management with the most recent 9 years in healthcare. Selina’s healthcare experience includes administrator, operations leader, preceptor, regional director and operations director. In the most recent 3 years, Selina has facilitated in a variety of markets where challenged facilities required operational and clinical turn-arounds. Organizational execution of goals and building teams to achieve excellence are her forte.
Selina believes in the personal impact people can make through compassionate actions with a thoughtful and passionate heart. Her drive to improve quality and personalize patient experiences is grounded by fostering those she mentors.
Selina graduated from the University of Southern California. She is a mother of three children and married to an active duty serviceman who practices as a vascular surgeon.

Tim Noonan has spent his career working in various leadership positions with top organizations in skilled nursing operations. Tim’s responsibilities for OnPointe include startup development activities and new facility operations. He was instrumental in securing and developing OnPointe’s first in-hospital skilled nursing unit in Dallas, an innovative partnership with one of the industry’s most respected acute care companies.
VP Community and Transitional Care
Reynold Bunzel heads up OnPointe’s industry-leading care and community transitions program. An occupational therapist by trade, Reynold founded a therapy company that was eventually acquired by OnPointe at Home, where he served and flourished as its Executive Director.
Senior Vice President of Network Development
Deanne Smith joined OnPointe with over 20 years of experience in post-acute operations and business development. Deanne’s healthcare background includes nursing and case management, regional business development, contracting director and network strategist. In her career, Deanne has led financial and operational objectives to support the divestment of a $250 million healthcare portfolio and has provided executive leadership and contracting expertise in stabilization of healthcare acquisitions. She has developed and implemented clinical programming and operational strategies for preferred provider integration with ACOs, physician networks, healthcare systems and managed care networks. Deanne has an A.S. in nursing and B.S. in healthcare management. Deanne is a native Texan, has been married for 21 years and has 2 children and 2 grandchildren.
Jeremy Martin represents the fifth generation of his family to own and operate senior care entities. During a career that began in 1998, Jeremy has created and nurtured a person-centered approach to service provision that spans the spectrum of post-acute and senior care, including transitional care, skilled nursing, home health, hospice, memory care, and outpatient therapy.
Chief Administrative Officer
Michael Hoskins brings 22 years of healthcare experience to the team. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a Master of Science in Accounting, a Master of Healthcare Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mike began his healthcare career in skilled nursing operations and spent many years working in finance and operations in the acute care arena.
